Finally found your place on the web.... It's me, (Johnathan) the wierd person from Burton Constable who was talking to some of you at the Bronte shoot on may day weekend... Was wondering what shoots are coming up, which I would be able to attend? Competitions / Friendlys.. i dont mind.. I'm rubbish.. but dont care If your interested, weve got a few shoots coming up if you want to attend.. www.BCCBArchery.co.uk the info is a little bit vague on there, although I do have more information to add, but not going to do it until i've finished my exams. For the shoots on a saturday, you can make a long weekend of it, come east on friday, shoot with us on friday night, go to the competition on satuday, then shoot with us again on sunday. Johnathan

You can attend any of the shoots listed. You can even attend the east riding, but i think that you are unable to claim any trophies as it i dont think you are part of the east riding ( www.eastriding.gov.uk/gis/index.html ). You would have to give the secretary a phone call first before you send in the entry form. Unfortunately at the moment, compounds arn't allowed to shoot at the club, but we are in the process of talking the secretary round into accepting them ;D

I know the feeling, over the last few weeks ive handed in a 14000 word report, had 3 exams, about 4 job interviews and a presentation of my final year project to the examiners.
When i said that you can attend any of the shoots listed, i meant the open shoots. There may be a possibility to attend the club only shoots (which are normally fun shoots), id have to ask the secretary....
Hopefully in the future, ill be setting up projecthurricane for the club, so we'll have a forum there as well....

Just to clarify things....
If you attend the east riding shoot, but are not in the east riding, you cannot take the east riding trophies, but if there are a few people / clubs from outside the east riding attending, extra trophies will be put on which you could take home
As to the club only shoots, you may be able to attend those as a guest to the club, but you would have to contact our secretary first and ask for permission
Hope that clears things up a bit...
Johnathan
